Shipping & Delivery
Simply select your desired delivery option at checkout and the shipping cost will be calculated. We deliver worldwide. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer. For all Cyprus based orders made before 4pm, we'll aim to get the order dispatched within the following working day and delivery may take 2-5 (not including Saturday). For all EU based orders made before 4pm, we'll aim to get the order dispatched within the following working day and delivery may take 2-8 working days depending on the postal address. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Basket value does not include shipping.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Rezo cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. Rezo is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and identity security is very important to us. When you place an order with Rezo website we will ask for certain information to help us process your order. This includes your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number. The information you provide will be used in the processing of your order and to contact you when necessary in connection to your order. We take every care to ensure the security and privacy of any information you have provided. When you place an order we use the highest level encryption so any information is fully encrypted before it is sent to us. Financial transactions online are made through JCC or PayPal. These organisations will ask for your card information to make the payment or require the setting up of an account, which includes providing payment and address details. When you purchase any of our products or services, these organisations collect certain financial transaction information. We do not have any access to your card numbers or other financial information from these parties, except for that relating to the value of your order. We do not store your credit card information.
Return & Exchange Policy
We honour a 14 day product return or exchange policy from the date of purchase. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with its original “proof of purchase receipt”. Upon returning an item, a store credit note ( valid for 6 months) can be issued. If the purchase is made via eshop cash refund option is available. All purchase returns delivery expenses is customers obligation. In the event of a store credit note been claimed, and the pair of sunglasses chosen is of a lesser value than the credit note itself, no cash change will be paid back, however a new credit note will be issued to the value of the outstanding amount of change owing.
The exchange on return policy does not apply to the following items:
Sunglasses with lenses installed by an outside source.
Sunglasses with optical lenses (only with the original lenses)
*This policy is not applicable for damage items.
Terms of Limited Warranty
The limited warranty which REZO offer its customers is 24 months from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty does not include:
- Scratches or dots on lenses.
- Unauthorized modifications including situations where the lenses have been tampered with or replaced by other parties including opticians or other third party optic or sunglasses company.
- Broken, scratched or damaged frames and / or temples, caused by negligence , accidents , not using the protective sunglasses case supplied with the sunglasses, daily “ware and tear” or improper use of the sunglasses.

Ordering & Registration
In order to complete an order you will need to register with the Rezo website. By registering you will be able to view, track and manage your orders, including setting up a return or exchange. When you register your details online, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date. You are also responsible for maintaining your personal information via your online account as well as for keeping your password secret.
Orders on the Rezo website are subject to the required stock availability. Items added to your basket on the site will not be reserved for you, and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time.
When you have placed your order via the website, stock will be reserved for your purchase. However, sales will not be finalised until the order dispatches from our store, and payment is successfully taken.
Rezo reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please call your local Customer Services team.
Payment & Pricing
All payments made on the Rezo website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to Rezo employees. We accept the following payment types on our site: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Maestro.
All prices quoted on the website are in EURO and include VAT at 19%.
